Felcode, LLC ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how our applications collect, use, and share information.

HSA Vault

Data Collection

HSA Vault stores your expense data and receipt photos in your own Google account using Google Sheets and Google Drive. We do not collect, store, or have access to your data on our servers. All data remains in your personal Google account.

Authentication

HSA Vault uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. We request only the minimum permissions needed to operate:

• Google Drive (drive.file scope) — to store and retrieve receipt photos in a dedicated app folder
• Google Sheets — to store and retrieve expense metadata in a dedicated spreadsheet

We do not access any other files in your Google account.

Third-Party Services

HSA Vault uses the following third-party services:

• Google APIs — for data storage (Google Drive and Google Sheets)
• Firebase — for authentication infrastructure

Data Retention

Since all data is stored in your Google account, you have full control over your data. You can delete your data at any time through Google Drive and Google Sheets. Uninstalling the app does not delete your data from Google.

General

Analytics

We do not collect analytics or usage data.

Advertising

Our apps do not contain advertising.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
