Overview

Felcode, LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Beater Meter does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party services.

Location

Beater Meter uses your device's GPS to calculate how fast you are moving. That is the app's entire purpose.

• Location data is used only on your device, in memory, while the app is open.
• Location data is never transmitted off your device.
• Location data is never written to storage and is not retained after the app closes.
• Location is requested as “While Using the App” only. Beater Meter does not track your location in the background.

You can revoke location access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Beater Meter. Without it, the app cannot display a speed.

Data Collection

We do not collect your name, email address, device identifiers, or contacts. We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs. We do not use cookies or any tracking technology. We do not sell or share data with anyone, because we do not have any.

Advertising

Beater Meter does not contain advertising.

Children's Privacy

Beater Meter collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
